Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, order status, and scheduling.

- Invoicing Support: Partner with the Invoicing Team to sort, scan, rename, and upload invoices to SharePoint, and coordinate mailing of hard‑copy invoices to the designated facility.

- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of customer communications, order changes, and invoice handling; generate daily status reports for management review.

- Remote Connectivity: Utilize a personal smartphone for secure VPN access to the arenaflex network when working remotely, ensuring uninterrupted service continuity.

Essential Qualifications
- 2‑5 years of hands‑on experience in customer service, order entry, or a closely related field.
