Truck Dispatcher – Run Active Paid Trucks (Performance-Based) - Contract to Hire

Cloud Freight Logistics LLC is hiring a Truck Dispatcher to manage ACTIVE, PAID owner-operator trucks. This role is execution only. No recruiting. No sales. No hourly pay. If trucks move, you get paid. ⸻ WHAT YOU WILL DO • Dispatch already-paid owner-operator trucks • Book loads via DAT / Truckstop • Call brokers & negotiate rates • Handle broker setup & paperwork • Track loads from pickup to delivery • Resolve issues (check-ins, delays, PODs) • Update a simple tracking sheet daily ❌ You do NOT recruit carriers ❌ You do NOT close payments ❌ You do NOT train drivers ⸻ COMPENSATION • $50 per active PAID truck per week • Paid weekly via Upwork • No hourly pay • No guaranteed trucks (If 10 trucks are active → you earn $500/week) ⸻ ⏱️ 7-DAY TRIAL (STRICT) • Trucks must be moving daily • Sheet updated every day • Missed loads or poor tracking = contract ends ⸻ ✅ REQUIREMENTS • U.S. freight dispatch experience • Comfortable with broker calls & rate negotiation • Experience with DAT or Truckstop • Clear English communication • Organized, responsive, execution-focused ⸻ TO APPLY (REQUIRED) Answer ALL questions: 1.
