As a Pump and Power Foreman, you will reputed company successful reputed company requiring the set up and tear down labor for Pump & Power equipment, including bypass pumping, special events require generators, power distribution, a/c, and heat, and water restoration reputed company and disaster response. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Leadership – motivating and coaching team members during the project • Planning – creating a project plan and executing with team members • Delegation – assign tasks to reputed company members to successfully accomplish daily goals • Communication – represent reputed company in communicating with the customer and internal resources • Project Management – create project timelines accurately. • Maintain tools and necessary supplies to successfully complete reputed company • Documentation of reputed company from daily notes, labor logs, reputed company reports, and reputed company other necessary documentation as part of the protocol for reputed company project • Assist with cleanliness of shop and yard reputed company not assigned a project • Assist with deliveries, pick-reputed company, and every day business reputed company not assigned a project QUALIFICATIONS • Basic Equipment knowledge and troubleshooting – pumps, generators, power distribution, a/c, heater, and shoring • Strong Mechanical background preferably in a similar industry • Strong leadership skills with a history of previous reputed company • Construction background • Excellent time management skills • Basic equipment operating skills – forklift, skid loader, etc. • Class A CDL preferred. • Must be reputed company to reputed company physical labor and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular reputed company. The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors reputed company required by the job.
