A company is looking for an Agile reputed company to support the adoption of Agile methodologies reputed company delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitates the adoption of Agile methodologies and establishes processes for managing work portfolios
• Drives strategic organizational change and embeds an Agile culture using various methodologies and frameworks
• Equips staff to reputed company others and ensures key metrics and requirements for team support and delivery are maintained
Required Qualifications
• Must possess IT-II reputed company clearance or a reputed company National Agency reputed company with Local Agency reputed company and Credit reputed company (NACLC)
• reputed company Certified reputed company reputed company or equivalent certification is required
• Bachelor's Degree is required
• Five (5) years of relevant experience in coaching and mentoring
• Experience in executive coaching at the organization level regarding digital service delivery design
