[Remote] ERP Systems Analyst / ERP Implementation

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Robert Half is seeking a hands-on ERP Systems Analyst / ERP Implementation Consultant to support an upgrade and modernization of their ERP environment. The role involves transitioning from on-premise Infor SyteLine to Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) and requires collaboration with cross-functional business partners for upgrades, integrations, and reporting. Responsibilities • Support ERP upgrade planning and execution across multiple sites • Assist with data migration, validation, and testing activities • Update and maintain ERP customizations, including reports and forms, for CSI compatibility • Support and test integrations with Shopview and Paperless Parts • Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and operational reports • Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide day-to-day system support to end users • Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve issues • Document system configurations, processes, and changes • Hands-on ERP configuration, testing, and troubleshooting • Working on ERP upgrade and data migration tasks • Supporting integrations and resolving data or system issues • Building and maintaining Power BI reporting solutions • Partnering with business users to understand and support operational needs Skills • Infor SyteLine experience (on-premise) • Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) experience • Power BI reporting and dashboard development • SQL and data analysis skills • ERP integrations (experience with Shopview and/or Paperless Parts strongly preferred) • Experience supporting ERP upgrades or ERP cloud migrations • Manufacturing or multi-site ERP environment experience • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a lean team environment Company Overview • At Robert Half, we prioritize your security—if you believe you've encountered a scam or fraudulent recruiter, please report it immediately to It was founded in 1948, and is headquartered in Menlo Park, California, USA, with a workforce of 10001+ employees.
