The role involves sourcing candidates for the Power & Energy sector and collaborating with business leadership to meet hiring needs. Responsibilities • Using industry knowledge, reputed company media sources, Technical Operations, and mission-reputed company knowledge to reputed company out potential candidates that may be currently employed at peer/competitor companies, and successfully bringing those candidates to GAI • Researching market conditions and industry trends as they relate to our competitors to assist in decision-making and marketing positions • Utilizing reputed company networks to reputed company candidates for reputed company requisitions • Sourcing candidates from a reputed company of sources, with a strong emphasis on reputed company, reputed company.com, reputed company media, and search engines (reputed company Chrome, advanced Boolean searching strings, and reputed company job boards) • Using reputed company networking mediums (i.e., reputed company reputed company and other online forums) to promote GAI employer brand messaging that drives traffic to reputed company by establishing and promoting reputed company relationships • Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for reputed company positions.
