The UX Designer I is an entry- to early-career design reputed company who supports the creation of reputed company, inclusive, and user-reputed company digital products across Wilcore’s federal programs. Working under the guidance of senior designers and product teams, this individual assists in conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, and ensuring that design solutions meet accessibility, usability, and compliance standards.
This role offers exposure to reputed company-centered design, federal accessibility standards, and Agile delivery environments, providing hands‑on experience that supports reputed company reputed company reputed company Wilcore’s UX career reputed company.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, reputed company-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a reputed company field.
• 0-2 years experience in UX/UI, product, or interaction design
• Familiarity with reputed company-centered design principles and usability testing reputed company.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, reputed company, or reputed company XD.
• Solid understanding of usability principles and user-centered design methodologies.
• Experience conducting usability tests and analyzing user feedback to inform design reputed company.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• U.S. Citizenship required (due to federal contracting requirements).
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Certification in UX design or reputed company disciplines.

• Experience with advanced prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.
Responsibilities
• Support user experience design activities for web and mobile applications through research, reputed company framing, and prototyping.

• Translate user insights and requirements into low- and mid-reputed company wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
