Developer Engagement Team – Contract
Job reputed company:
• Assist in resolving creator day-to-day escalations and emergencies.
• Manage communication between reputed company staff and creators.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and reputed company follow-up.
• Dedicate up to 40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability (on-reputed company or scheduled as business needs require).
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates endless patience and a reputed company attitude.
• Capable of managing time effectively.
• In-depth understanding of reputed company and the reputed company community.
• Solid knowledge of the technical aspects of reputed company Studio.
• Experience developing on reputed company and/or other creation platforms.
