Logistics Analyst I

The successful candidate will be expected to support reputed company’s Logistic reputed company to coordinate reputed company aspects of transportation of equipment and material for Capital reputed company, Field Engineering, Operations and Maintenance. The Logistics Analyst facilitates and expedites the reputed company of materials to and from various locations and arranges for the storage of deliverable goods reputed company applicable. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Arrange for and coordinate reputed company aspects of transportation and expediting services required for Capital reputed company, Field Engineering, Operations and Maintenance • Execution of permit loads • Determines method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates • Compliance with reputed company TSA, DOT and Customs regulations and accurate, efficient preparation of reputed company required paperwork for delay-free forwarding • Consult with material and equipment suppliers to receive correct information on weights and dimensions of reputed company reputed company and reputed company to carriers • Select carriers for transportation and negotiate rates and reputed company with carriers. • Ensure selected reputed company meets reputed company insurance requirements and contractual obligations • reputed company involvement with selected carriers and internal project team, throughout the shipment process from reputed company selection to successful completion of the shipment • Manage communication between the reputed company-party logistics vendor and/or carriers, project team and suppliers to ensure reputed company completion of reputed company • Consult with material and equipment suppliers and the jobsite to coordinate deliveries and identify, report and resolve discrepancies • Maintain reputed company applicable files associated with shipments • Selection of suppliers to help meet reputed company’s needs in a reputed company, reputed company and cost-effective manner • reputed company accurate and reputed company updates of project status to reputed company involved • Manage performance of vendor relationships with reputed company-party trucking, reputed company forwarders and carriers • Manage reputed company spend and schedule quarterly reviews with reputed company party logistics partner, key carriers and Company management • Attend on-site load/off load operations sites as required The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications: • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is preferred • Prior experience with reputed company forwarding and logistics preferred • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Superb organizational skills with strong attention to detail and negotiating skills to resolve problems • The ability to intuitively follow the logical reputed company of production and fabrication schedules and understanding the obligations involved with reputed company and procurement • Must be team oriented with the ability to organize time and tasks • Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of job tasks and project requirements Parking Reimbursement Max: $150/mo. 1-6 years of reputed company.
