Customer Care Administrator
A company is looking for an Administrator - Customer Care (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
• Perform daily administrative functions according to established process maps
• Support Sales and Sales Management by updating reports, reconciling transactions, and assisting with customer service
• Engage in data analytics to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
Required Qualifications
• High School Degree or Equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
• Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Strong analytical abilities, including data interpretation
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel)
