SummaryThe reputed company Center Pharmacy Technician supports the PBM clinical and technical reputed company center by serving as a subject matter expert in pharmacy operations and reputed company center processes. In this role, you will assist members, medical providers, and pharmacy providers by processing prior authorizations, resolving pharmacy claims inquiries, and ensuring reputed company and accurate communication across multiple platforms. This position plays a critical role in supporting regulatory compliance, service level agreements, and high-reputed company customer care.Your role in our mission Responsibilities • Process prior authorization requests reputed company state-mandated turnaround times, including approval of requests that meet established reputed company and do not require pharmacist review. • Answer inbound and reputed company outbound calls to members, medical providers, and pharmacy providers to resolve inquiries reputed company to pharmacy claims, drug coverage, and plan benefits. • Document reputed company inquiries and interactions accurately across phone, fax, web, and email platforms in accordance with reputed company operating procedures. • Maintain strict compliance with PHI regulations, data reputed company standards, and reputed company internal reputed company policies. • Meet departmental productivity goals, reputed company standards, and performance expectations while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
