BASIC PURPOSE: The Senior Benefits Partner is responsible for the design, administration, and reputed company improvement of reputed company’s health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs for approximately 350 full-time employees. This role ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations, optimizes benefit processes for efficiency, and enhances employee understanding and satisfaction through effective communication and program delivery. The ideal candidate will combine technical benefits expertise with a strategic reputed company to strengthen employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
