Job Title: Financial Analyst – LIHTC & Market reputed company Estate Development Position reputed company We are nation-wide developers seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst with strong experience in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) reputed company and reputed company estate development finance. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in building reputed company financial models, producing development and operating pro formas, and structuring tax credit transactions. This role will support reputed company housing developments on a national reputed company financed through programs such as the reputed company Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and other federal, state, and local funding sources.
