⚖️ Practice Focus & Responsibilities
Attorneys in this role will advise clients on a wide range of domestic and international trademark matters, including:
• Trademark clearance, prosecution, and portfolio management
• Trademark enforcement and infringement disputes
• TTAB proceedings and opposition matters
• Licensing, assignments, and coexistence agreements
• Advising on brand strategy and risk mitigation
• Supporting IP aspects of corporate and commercial transactions

This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-senior Trademark attorney looking to deepen expertise, work with high-profile brands, and grow within a firm that values collaboration, transparency, and long-term careers.
• Current State License
• 5–7 years of trademark law experience
• Experience handling U.S. and international trademark portfolios
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience with TTAB proceedings preferred
• Ability to manage matters independently and collaborate across practice groups
