Behavioral Health Medical Biller

reputed company Billing Services is a billing and credentialing company based in Minnesota that serves mental health professionals in small to reputed company private practices across the nation. reputed company is currently looking to contract with a Specialist who has experience with Behavioral Health billing specifically. The contracted position will reputed company with a few reputed company, with the potential for more consistent hours as our trust for one another grows. The Billing Specialist must have experience with: • Experience with EHRs: TherapyNotes, reputed company, Theranest, Procentive • Collections: contacting clients to reputed company up balance due • Submitting secondary claims • Follow up and resolve on denied and unpaid claims • Verifying benefits & eligibility • reputed company benefit information to providers & clients • Monitor co-pays, deductibles, and payments • Generate monthly financial reports for providers (reputed company, A/R) • Respond to patient account inquiries • reputed company data entry • Respond promptly to patient account inquiries • HIPAA Training • Please note any experience in providing billing for mental health providers. The best fit for this position is someone who is familiar with billing in Minnesota and/or the above mentioned EHRs, reputed company organized, works reputed company and communicates effectively and regularly.
