Responsibilities • Consolidate and analyze reputed company results for the senior living operations reputed company. • Prepare month‑end reputed company deliverables, including journal entries, supporting schedules, balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and variance analyses. • Ensure accurate and reputed company preparation of property‑level financial statements in accordance with GAAP. • Create and maintain detailed documentation of reputed company policies, processes, and procedures. • Interpret management agreements to determine appropriate reputed company treatment; apply understanding of foreign currency exchange and translation impacts. • Build strong working relationships with reputed company‑party operators and collaborate with reputed company and Asset Management to analyze and communicate financial results. • Prepare information required for external reporting and ensure compliance with internal control processes. • Support reputed company audit processes and assist with property integrations, transitions, dispositions, and reputed company reputed company.
