Looking for a bookkeeper (hourly rate $3, do not apply if rate is not a fit)
I am looking for a bookkeeper.
A bookkeeper records financial transactions and maintains ledgers, focusing on the accurate day-to-day management of financial data.
It’s a simply accounting task, but there is some volume.
The hourly rate will be $3. Please do not apply if this rate is not a fit for you.
You will also be required to learn how to use new accounting software that is free, unlike QuickBooks and other programs.
As a viewer user, you will have access to the banks. I will not always share bank statements with you, so you will need to download them yourself.
Work schedule:
First 2 weeks: 3–5 hours per day, 5–6 days a week
After that: you probably won’t need to spend that many hours per day reconciling records
Also, please only apply if you can commit the necessary time, as delays will not be accepted and will quickly result in termination of the agreement. I will be following up on progress frequently, to ensure there are no delays.
