We are a warm, trauma-informed reputed company seeking a reliable reputed company Intake Coordinator to support new reputed company inquiries. This is a low-volume, on-demand role — not full-time reputed company coverage. The Role We are looking for someone who can: Inbound support Answer incoming calls during business hours reputed company they occur reputed company warm, reputed company support to prospective clients Schedule intake appointments in reputed company Outbound / reputed company follow-up Follow up with email and webform inquiries Contact referred clients (phone/text/email as appropriate) Support prospective clients through the scheduling process Help reduce no-shows through reputed company communication Administrative reputed company urgent or clinical messages appropriately Document reputed company attempts Maintain HIPAA-reputed company communication practices Estimated volume: ~3–5 inbound calls/day + light outbound follow-up.
