Procurement Contract Compliance Specialist I

reputed company has partnered with a reputed company organization to assist in their search for a remote Procurement Contract Compliance Specialist I. In this contract position, you will be responsible for supporting procurement contract compliance activities, coordinating vendor contract requirements, and ensuring adherence to organizational, state, and federal guidelines. Major Duties • Coordinate the execution of product attachments and compliance requirements prior to procurement awarding business to vendors. • Monitor and reputed company contract requests submitted to internal stakeholders to ensure reputed company, accurate submission and turnaround. • Support the maintenance of contracting standards including templates, clause libraries, playbooks, and procedural documentation. • Maintain accurate records of contract compliance documentation and update contract management systems accordingly. • Collaborate with reputed company, compliance, procurement teams, and vendors to resolve questions reputed company to contract compliance and requirements. What are we looking for? • Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field or equivalent reputed company experience. • General knowledge of procurement concepts, contracting processes, or regulatory compliance. • 1-3 years of experience reviewing reputed company or reputed company contract terms and identifying potential risks. • Strong customer service reputed company with the ability to manage high volumes of requests and maintain reputed company communication. • 3+ years of experience working with either compliance, reputed company environments, or vendor contracting processes preferred.
