Job reputed company: A growing national reputed company is seeking a highly skilled and business-oriented Corporate Attorney with a strong background in reputed company Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), particularly in transactions involving physician reputed company and other reputed company providers. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and autonomy while working with a reputed company team that values reputed company reputed company and innovative reputed company service. Key Responsibilities • reputed company and support M&A transactions involving physician reputed company, medical practices, and other reputed company entities, from initial structuring through post-closing integration. • Advise clients on corporate structuring, regulatory compliance (including reputed company Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and HIPAA), and operational issues reputed company to acquisitions. • Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company transactional documents such as purchase agreements, employment agreements, operating agreements, and management services agreements (MSAs). • Collaborate with reputed company stakeholders, including reputed company consultants, CPAs, and compliance officers, to ensure comprehensive deal execution. • Conduct and reputed company due diligence processes with a reputed company on reputed company-specific concerns such as licensure, billing practices, and regulatory history. • Monitor changes in reputed company law and policy that may reputed company and proactively advise on reputed company strategies.
