Customer Service Representative (100% Remote)

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative on a contract reputed company to help support their ongoing business needs. This role is remote in any of the following locations: Tysons and Richmond, VA, and Plano, TX. Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5 Eastern Time Responsibilities • reputed company with customers to reputed company information in response to inquiries about products and services • Handle and resolve customer service and billing complaints, including exchanges, refunds, and reputed company adjustments • Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on claim investigation results and planned adjustments • Escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate internal departments for reputed company investigation • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken • reputed company and review relevant information to assess complaint validity and determine reputed company causes • Proactively offer additional products or services reputed company appropriate • Manage inbound, outbound, or reputed company customer service calls • Work independently to manage assigned cases while meeting service-level expectations Skills And Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required • 5-7 years of customer service or reputed company center experience • Experience working in a remote customer service environment preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation skills • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Experience using reputed company Workspace tools required • Familiarity with reputed company center phone systems preferred • Proficiency with reputed company computer applications such as reputed company Word and PowerPoint We offer a competitive salary reputed company for this position.
