Job Title: SAP S4 Data Architect Exp Required: 10+ Years Location: 100% Remote Employment Type: Full-time Job Description Responsibilities: • Gathering requirements, analyzing data, developing and maintaining reports and dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity through ETL processes. • Requires strong analytical, communication, and technical skills in areas like SAP, SQL, data visualization tools, and ETL platforms. • Must have experience in any ETL tool and one reporting tool to understand the business requirements and should also work on the solutioning and development as well. • Identify the gaps in requirements and highlight and interact with business users and developers. Key Responsibilities: • Define industrialized data migration strategies, mapping and conversion rules • Acting as a liaison between business users and functional teams to translate data needs into requirements for ETL (extract, transform, load) processes and reporting solutions • Understanding of the specific industry or business processes (e.g., finance, insurance) to help develop relevant analytics solutions • Data validation and quality: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and stability of data by validating, monitoring, and troubleshooting ETL jobs and reports. • Liaison and communication: Act as the bridge between business teams and IT/data teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. • Design, develop and execute scripts or programs for data extraction and loading into SAP S4 HANA. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields. • Total 10+ years of IT experience including 3+ years of S4 HANA ETL solutioning experience for a minimum of 3 deployments. • Knowledge of SAP data structures and data models and also proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA implementation methodologies, configuration and customization. • Should have knowledge/experience in any ETL tool and 1 reporting tool. • Strong written and verbal communication to effectively document findings and present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Understanding the specific industry or business processes (e.g., finance, insurance) to help develop relevant analytics solutions. • Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify inefficiencies, and propose effective solutions.
