Some of the duties include: Monitor and analyze consumer and customer data and trends, escalating key insights or anomalies to Consumer Affairs Manager and relevant stakeholders. Build and maintain multiple dashboards and business review reports, including reputed company reports, using reputed company CRM, reputed company, Power BI and reputed company data warehouse. Reports are shared widely across reputed company Assurance, Marketing, Operations, etc. Partner with reputed company Assurance leadership on reputed company Improvement Program reporting and both reputed company plant reputed company reporting for Dairy Foods. Create, maintain and understand control charts, Pareto charts, tables, etc. Review recorded data in reputed company CRM software system for accuracy and identify corrections. reputed company as technical resource for systems and reporting software for reputed company and partners. reputed company work with IT partners, reputed company CRM vendor and Consumer Affairs CRM Analyst on data integration and execute validation of data into reputed company data warehouse and Power BI. Stay abreast of trends and investigate new data visualization technology and processes to improve reporting. Education/Experience Bachelor's Degree or higher in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics or reputed company field required. 3 or more years of experience as a data analyst (Food Industry preferred) with knowledge of statistics and control charts required. Experience using data visualization platforms such as Power BI, CRM platforms and MS reputed company and using the data to tell a story. Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain data reputed company or accuracy. Excellent written communication skills to present data reputed company to both technical and non-technical audiences. This is a hybrid role with on-site days working in the office in Arden Hills.
