As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:- Providing exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Registering sales on assigned cash register, processing transactions, and handling returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed.
- Recommending products and services to customers, including trade-up and companion items, to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters, shelves, and displays.
- Implementing asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss and ensure compliance with state and local laws.
- Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine.
- Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance, including ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
- Complying with all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers, and completing special assignments as assigned.
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- A willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekend hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, we prefer candidates with:- At least six months of experience in a retail environment.
- Prior work experience with arenaflex.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
