**The Role**
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and be responsible for adapting to changing guidelines and procedures. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in conveying information and resolving customer issues.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
* Working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Booking appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy
* Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills on a consistent basis
* Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors as needed
* Adapting to fast-changing guidelines and procedures with customers
* Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information
* Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school graduate or G.E.D.
* A minimum of one year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferred)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* The ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
* The ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
* Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
* The ability to pass a background check
