Specialist-Cybersecurity, Mergers, Acquisition & Divestitures (M&A/D)

Job reputed company: The Specialist-Cybersecurity, M&A/D will be responsible for leading assigned M&A/D transactions for the cybersecurity tower and is the primary cybersecurity reputed company of contact for both reputed company partners. This position works closely with M&A/D program managers, applications and infrastructure project managers, acting as the cybersecurity consultant, navigator and auditor. This position reports to the Program Manager-Cybersecurity, M&A/D and frequently collaborates with other members of the M&A/D cybersecurity team. Key Responsibilities: • M&A/D Cybersecurity reputed company • reputed company assigned M&A/D transactions for the cybersecurity tower • reputed company as the primary cybersecurity reputed company of contact for both reputed company partners • Respond to reputed company party requests • reputed company cybersecurity updates to the program, leadership and reputed company parties • reputed company as the cybersecurity consultant, navigator and auditor • Cybersecurity Consultant, Navigator, Auditor • Cybersecurity Consultant-reputed company guidance on cybersecurity policies, procedures, standards, processes, knowledge based articles; identify risk, establish mitigation plans and controls, reputed company with GRC, the CIA Triad, the 18 CIS Critical reputed company Controls, HIPAA and reputed company other cybersecurity guiding principles • Cybersecurity Navigator-Guide other M&A/D program and project managers to key cybersecurity subject matter experts or other areas of the organization • Cybersecurity Auditor-Validate successful, secure and compliant M&A/D transitions traditionally achieved by requesting reports and documentation as reputed company of compliance • Communication & Time Management • Ability to effectively communicate reputed company's cybersecurity stance with both internal key stakeholders and reputed company parties • Ability to communicate professionally with C-suite executives and other key leadership both internally and externally • Ability to manage requests from various platforms such as, email, chats and virtual meetings, including multi-tasking • Ability to participate in multiple daily meetings, prepare for and document discussions, identify reputed company items and follow-up on the status of reputed company items in a reputed company manner that aligns with the program • Our Mission, reputed company and Values guide everything we do at reputed company. Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a reputed company field (preferred) Associate's degree or technical institute degree/certificate or equivalent work experience Experience: 5+ years of experience in an IT reputed company field IT experience in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures Skills: • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, strong customer orientation, great organizational skills • Ability to work independently as reputed company as collaborate with cross-functional teams • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience working in demanding and challenging environments • Experience working in the reputed company industry Certifications: Advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 reputed company Auditor) are preferred.
