RN Behavioral Health Case Manager | Home Care Join reputed company as an RN Psychiatric Case Manager with Atrio Home Care! Atrio Home Care—a partnership of Holland Home and Resthaven—is seeking a compassionate and skilled part time or full time, RN Behavioral Health Case Manager to support clients throughout the Grand Rapids area. This role focuses on providing individualized psychiatric nursing care to adults in their homes, promoting stability, safety, and independence with a whole-person approach.
