Description: Location: Indianapolis, IN // Austin, TX Department: Strategic Account Management This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Austin, TX or Indianapolis, IN and requires on-site presence multiple days per week. Job Overview Our Business Systems Team is looking to hire a general Salesforce Administrator in Indianapolis, IN or Austin, TX. The Administrator will support internal and external users on the Salesforce platform and other integrated systems. Responsibilities • Manage incoming ticket requests from internal users • Provide real-time support for issues relating to Salesforce and other integrated systems • Assist with break/fix requests • Assist in system testing to ensure enhancements work properly • Handle ad hoc report & dashboard requests • Contribute to adoption by improving the user experience through standardization, documentation, training, and ongoing usability improvement initiatives • Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and develop Salesforce solutions for them • Use tools such as DataLoader, Workbench, & Excel for data scrubbing, manipulation, and inserting new records • Maintain and customize objects, record types, page layouts, fields, flows, approval processes, profiles, roles, security settings, sharing, validation rules, and alerts • Leverage declarative tools to enhance system configurations while adhering to best practices Requirements: Required Qualifications • 2+ years of Salesforce experience + Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification, required • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Understands the Salesforce database structure & best practices • Takes initiative and delivers results with minimal supervision • Strong business acumen, technical aptitude, analytical skills, & attention to detail • An excellent communicator who is efficient and effective with customers and colleagues via web conferences, email, and in-person across roles and varying skill sets Preferred Qualifications • Salesforce Ecosystem Tools: CPQ, Lightning, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Pardot • Workflow & Automation Platforms: Zapier, Formstack, Jotform • Document & e-Signature Tools: Dropbox Sign, PandaDocs, Box, Docusign, Adobe Sign • Technical Salesforce Utilities: Salesforce Workbench, DataLoader, APEX, or similar development/debugging tools • Positive attitude and growth mindset Perks of Scale Computing • Competitive Health Plan including Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, & Life Insurance options beginning on first of the month following date of hire • 401(k), FSA, HSA • Casual dress code • Fully stocked kitchen • Vibrant and Inclusive Workplace Atmosphere • Paid company holidays • Discretionary time off policy • Flexible work environment and an opportunity to grow as we grow.
