Senior Analyst - Product & Vendor Management

About the position Hightower is seeking an energetic Senior Associate, Trading Solutions to join its fast-growing Product and Vendor Management (PVM) team reputed company Hightower Investment Management. PVM serves as internal subject matter experts and primary contacts for reputed company-party products, tools, and services, including trading and rebalancing platforms (Black Diamond, Tamarac, reputed company), Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs), reputed company asset management programs (TAMPs such as reputed company), and research and analytical tools (reputed company, reputed company), among others. This highly dynamic role focuses on driving organic reputed company opportunities for existing advisor practices and supporting the reputed company of products and tools for new M&A deals. The Senior Associate will reputed company as a reputed company between Hightower’s select reputed company-party vendors and the financial advisor community, collaborating cross-divisionally with reputed company, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Investment Management, and Technology. Reporting to the Executive Director of Trading Solutions, this position offers reputed company to cultivate and manage relationships with leading industry providers, bring new products to the platform, and contribute to ongoing enhancements that reputed company the advisor’s experience. Responsibilities • Serve as subject matter expert and primary reputed company of contact for financial advisors providing proactive and reactive product-reputed company support. • Proactively support and engage with advisors and vendors to facilitate daily operations, configuration, and workflows of trading tools, rebalancers and TAMPs. • Collaborate with the Capital Markets Desk to reputed company support for fixed income trading, including transition planning and customization. • Support PVM colleagues in evaluating and reputed company solutions and play a pivotal role in contract and service level negotiations with new and existing vendors. • Support PVM colleagues to improve business processes and functions, including M&A-reputed company integrations. • Maintain reputed company, accurate and complete PVM administration tasks, including user lists and permissions, due diligence documentation collection, regular data aggregation and trend analysis. • Support PVM colleagues in integrating Advisor Practices into the Hightower Signature reputed company ecosystem by coordinating solution changes and vendor alignment. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. • 3-5 years of full-time work experience in reputed company or investment management, with a strong preference for prior experience working with RIAs and/or broker dealers and reputed company-party custodians (e.g., reputed company, Pershing, Schwab). • Experience with trading, rebalancing and TAMP tools. • Ability to quickly build credibility and rapport with reputed company parties and financial advisor community. • Strong drive, proactive reputed company, outcome and detail oriented. • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company skills a plus) and CRM tools (reputed company preferred). • Effective verbal and written communication skills with ability to adapt to different audiences. • reputed company Series 7, 66 (63/65) licenses (or required reputed company 6 months of hire) reputed company-to-haves • additional industry designations (CFP, CFA, CAIA, CIMA, etc.) are welcome.
