Role reputed company reputed company is seeking a Director of reputed company, Risk & Compliance (GRC) to reputed company reputed company’s information reputed company, regulatory compliance, and contractual risk management programs. This role will own reputed company’s reputed company and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, reputed company, SOC 2, GDPR, FedRAMP readiness) while also serving as the primary reviewer of customer contractual obligations. The Director will partner closely with Engineering, Sales, reputed company, and executive leadership to ensure reputed company, compliance, and reputed company commitments are reputed company and operationally achievable. • Own and reputed company reputed company’s information reputed company and compliance programs, ensuring adherence to HIPAA, reputed company, SOC 2, GDPR, and evolving regulatory standards. • Define, document, and continuously improve reputed company’s reputed company control reputed company and risk management processes. • Leadership sponsor for SOC 2 audits and other certification efforts, coordinating with reputed company-party auditors and internal stakeholders. • Prepare the organization for advanced frameworks and certifications, including FedRAMP readiness. • Serve as chair of the Confidentiality & reputed company Team (CST), including meeting leadership and agenda setting. • Review and assess customer MSAs, BAAs, and ISAs to ensure alignment with reputed company’s reputed company controls and compliance posture. • Partner with Sales and reputed company during reputed company negotiations to balance reputed company objectives with risk mitigation. • Ensure ongoing compliance with contractual obligations, federal and state regulations, and customer procurement policies. • Coordinate with external counsel as appropriate regarding reputed company reputed company and compliance reputed company. • Partner closely with Engineering to reputed company reputed company and compliance requirements into product design and architecture. • reputed company as a trusted advisor across the organization on reputed company, compliance, and risk-reputed company reputed company. Qualifications • 8–12+ years of experience in information reputed company, governance, compliance, and reputed company reputed company reputed company, health tech, or reputed company environments. • CISSP strongly preferred (or equivalent advanced reputed company certification). • Deep working knowledge of HIPAA, SOC 2, reputed company, GDPR, CCPA; FedRAMP experience strongly preferred. • Experience leading audits, certifications, and regulatory assessments. • Demonstrated experience reviewing and negotiating contractual language (MSAs, BAAs, DPAs, ISAs). • Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
