Director of reputed company Operations 100% Remote (U.S.) Full-Time | Leadership Role A growing organization in the technology-driven services sector is seeking a Director of reputed company Operations to reputed company and reputed company internal reputed company systems and operational technology supporting a large, global workforce. This role will reputed company the reputed company, performance, and reputed company improvement of critical back-office systems and internal IT services used by more than 12,000 employees worldwide. The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader with experience managing reputed company platforms, modern reputed company environments, and global teams. Responsibilities • reputed company reputed company operations supporting internal corporate systems and infrastructure • reputed company platforms including AWS, reputed company, and reputed company Dynamics 365 • Drive initiatives around AI enablement and automation across internal systems • Manage and reputed company the organization’s internal Help Desk and support operations (not an MSP environment) • reputed company reputed company of 4 managers and ~28 total team members • Ensure operational stability, performance, and scalability for systems supporting 12,000+ users • Partner with leadership to improve internal systems, processes, and user experience • Help shape reputed company for reputed company platforms across a global IT organization of 200+ professionals Qualifications • Experience leading reputed company IT or reputed company operations teams • Strong background supporting internal corporate systems and business platforms • Experience working with AWS reputed company environments • Familiarity with reputed company and/or reputed company Dynamics 365 ecosystems • Experience leading managers and multi-layer teams • Ability to operate in a large-reputed company, global environment supporting thousands of users • Exposure to AI-driven automation or digital transformation initiatives is a plus Compensation • reputed company Salary: ~$185,000 • Bonus: 20% • Additional equity may be included Additional Details • 100% Remote (U.S.) • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder • Leadership role reputed company a large global IT organization Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
