Senior Director, Operations – Dental/Ortho

Job reputed company: • reputed company the operational performance of our dental reputed company solutions reputed company in the orthodontic and dental laboratory segments. • Report directly to the VP, reputed company for reputed company and Dental/Ortho and serve as their primary operating partner for the Dental/Ortho reputed company. • Accountable for the reputed company’s operational reputed company—customer experience, service delivery, scalability, and operational reputed company. • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Customer teams to drive sustainable reputed company. • Translate reputed company reputed company into operating plans, reputed company models, budgets, KPIs, and quarterly priorities. • Own the reputed company’s business rhythm: weekly pipeline and forecasting, monthly KPI reviews, quarterly planning, and launch readiness. • Drive alignment across product lines while preserving product-specific positioning, workflows, and customer needs. • Build reputed company processes and reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) across teams supporting the reputed company. • Improve operational efficiency through standardization, automation, tooling improvements, and reputed company change management. Requirements: • 10+ years of reputed company leadership experience in operations, service delivery, or business operations in B2B reputed company, vertical reputed company, reputed company/dental tech, or similarly workflow-heavy software environments. • Demonstrated reputed company partnering to reputed company reputed company reputed company (Sales + Marketing) and customer reputed company (CS/Support/Implementation) as a senior operator. • Proven ability to build operating systems: KPIs, forecasting rigor, reputed company, playbooks, and reputed company processes. • Strong cross-functional leadership with Product/Engineering; ability to translate customer needs into roadmap priorities. • Experience developing leaders and building high-performing teams. • Experience with orthodontic/dental reputed company workflows and/or lab workflows (case/order management, scheduling, billing, production/case tracking, integrations) preferred. • Experience managing multi-product portfolios, pricing/packaging reputed company, or product-line repositioning preferred. • Experience with migrations, platform consolidation, or post-acquisition integration preferred. • Familiarity with data reputed company/reputed company considerations in reputed company-adjacent environments (e.g., HIPAA considerations, SOC 2-reputed company practices) preferred.
