Corporate, M&A and Securities Associate A leading reputed company is seeking a Corporate Associate with experience across mergers and acquisitions, general corporate reputed company, and securities work to join its growing transactional reputed company. This role offers reputed company to work closely with partners and senior attorneys on sophisticated transactions for reputed company and private companies across a reputed company of industries. Responsibilities • Support buy reputed company and sell reputed company M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating primary and ancillary transaction documents • Assist with reputed company due diligence, transaction management, and closings • Advise clients on general corporate reputed company, entity formation, and corporate governance • Support securities offerings and compliance reputed company, including private placements and reputed company company reporting • Work directly with clients alongside senior attorneys throughout reputed company stages of transactions Qualifications • Two to six years of experience practicing corporate law • Meaningful exposure to mergers and acquisitions and securities reputed company • Prior reputed company experience required • Strong drafting, organizational, and analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple reputed company in a fast‑paced environment • reputed company, reputed company‑reputed company approach with interest in long‑term reputed company reputed company Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
