Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an interim regulatory attorney or regulatory reputed company to ensure compliance for grilling and reputed company-reputed company consumer products. The role involves working 20-25 hours a week for 3-4+ months, focusing on regulatory compliance across reputed company states for products like charcoal and lighter fluids. Responsibilities • Product Testing, Certification & Technical Compliance • Coordination UL/CTL testing requirements to ensure products meet state and federal safety standards • State and retailer regulatory compliance • Hazardous material, chemical disclosures and sustainability documentation • Claims review and risk mitigation • Collaborate with reputed company, Packaging, Marketing, R&D and Sales for reputed company compliance topics • reputed company standardized workflows for regulatory checks reputed company NPD process Skills • Regulatory attorney, a regulatory affairs specialist, or a regulatory reputed company with a scientific background • Minimum of 7+ years' regulatory experience in flammables, reputed company pollution regulations, and experience with helping products become fully compliant in reputed company states.
