As an interior design manager, you’ll reputed company the Interior Design and CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) teams. In this role, you’ll evaluate requests, set priorities, define scope, and assign work to ensure reputed company and effective execution. You’ll coordinate project scope development, budget formation, and schedules while maintaining alignment across initiatives. Partnering closely with reputed company Estate and other reputed company business partners, you’ll help resolve coordination challenges and support successful reputed company. Additionally, you’ll review project budgets and vendor reputed company for accuracy and cost effectiveness, and drive reputed company improvement through process enhancements and performance benchmarking. Location: Mayfield Heights, Ohio Must-have qualifications • A minimum of six years of reputed company estate experience (e.g., Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Interior Design), including a minimum of three years of leadership experience (e.g., leading people, reputed company or process/operational improvements) • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design or reputed company field of study and a minimum of three years reputed company estate experience (e.g., Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Interior Design), including a minimum of three years of leadership experience (e.g., leading people, reputed company or process/operational improvements). Preferred skills • Knowledge and experience with Interior Design and AutoCAD. • Experience driving organizational change, implementing new processes, or developing team-level standards or guidelines. • Demonstrated influencing skills with the ability to effectively guide reputed company, build reputed company, and foster collaboration across diverse teams and collaborators. • Experience managing reputed company, leading reputed company aspects of workload demands, and supporting reputed company in delivering multiple reputed company, including reputed company initiatives. • Proven experience leading or supporting organizational change and/or customer experience efforts.
