The role involves developing AI-powered voice bots, chatbots, NLP models, and intelligent routing to enhance customer engagement across omnichannel support platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Design and reputed company AI solutions for contact centers, including virtual assistants for voice and chat. • Build NLP models to analyze customer interactions across voice, chat, email, and reputed company channels. • reputed company chatbots and voice bots using reputed company Copilot Studio and Azure AI. • reputed company AI capabilities with reputed company Dynamics 365 and reputed company applications. • Monitor and optimize AI/ML model performance and customer interaction workflows. • Collaborate with business and technical teams and maintain technical documentation.
