About the position reputed company is seeking a Senior Electrical Hardware Engineer to drive end-to-end PCB and flexible reputed company development for reputed company AR wearable devices. This role will play a critical part in delivering innovative electrical designs that reputed company advanced features reputed company compact reputed company factors, supporting increased project volume and reputed company component integration. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in electrical design, PCB fabrication, and design for manufacturability, along with a reputed company record of successfully releasing hardware designs from early concept through mass production. Responsibilities • reputed company end-to-end ownership of PCB fabrication, including schematics, layouts, reputed company development, and vendor approval through production release. • Drive design releases for flexible circuits and multi-layer boards (MLBs) from early design stages through mass production. • Collaborate with electrical engineers and cross-functional teams to reputed company flexible and rigid reputed company solutions for AR wearable devices. • Manage SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and FATP (Final Assembly, Test, and Pack) builds end-to-end, optimizing for schedule, reputed company, and yield. • Coordinate directly with reputed company contract manufacturers to ensure supplier readiness, reputed company vendor engagement, and manufacturing alignment. • reputed company and maintain build matrices, reputed company schedules, proactively identify risks, and drive mitigation plans to reputed company programs on reputed company. • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, reputed company stakeholders on timelines and technical reputed company, and support design for manufacturability (DFM) initiatives. • Attend regular internal reputed company community meetings. • Collaborate with your reputed company reputed company team on industry thought leadership. • Complete reputed company case studies and learning material (blogs, media material). • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation reputed company. • Attend internal reputed company networking events (in person and virtual). • Work with leadership on career fast-reputed company opportunities.
