Lead Cloud Consultant | 3 Years of Experience | Hybrid | Richardson, TX | Contract to Hire Walker Healthforce is seeking a Lead Cloud Consultant with 3 years of experience to support a healthcare payor client based out of Richardson, TX. This is a 11-month contract to hire opportunity. MUST BE LOCAL TO: Richardson, TX START DATE: ASAP HOURS/SCHEDULE: M-F 8 AM - 5 PM CST WORKER TYPE: Full-Time W2 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:: • Consult and participate in Cloud upgrade releases and new projects involving strategy, implementation and support • Assist in training support • Assess impact of patches on training, interfaces, processes, documentation. • Make recommendations for adoption of new or changed functionality. • Work directly with business stakeholders to resolve help desk issues and vendor service requests • Create and maintain existing documentation (Configuration, test scripts, functional specs for reporting and integration) • May lead functional teams or projects or decisions to support business needs for reporting and insights. • Work with both internal and external data. • Assist with continuous process improvement and provide insights into best practices • Provide assistance in key system processes (i.e. process of month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes) Assist with functional testing of monthly, quarterly and emergency patches JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Functional professional with a minimum of 3+ years' experience with Cloud applications and completion of one full Cloud • Strong foundation in networking, VoIP and SIP • Demonstrated experience with Oracle Session Boarder Controller (SIP manipulation, SIPREC),and Session Routers • Experience with Cisco CUBE and vCUSP • Can deploy, configure and support both physical and virtualized (VMware and Nutanix) products • Support and engineer interconnectivity with cloud vendors such as Cisco Webex, Amazon Connect and Microsoft Teams • Working closely with customers to build relationships and continuously gain a deeper understanding of the division's data to meet business needs • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or other related field from an accredited college/university • Experience with Cloud release upgrade process; Ability to perform and lead business process impact analysis while working collaboratively with key business stakeholders WHAT WE OFFER: • Competitive compensation package • Weekly pay via Direct Deposit • Medical, Dental & Vision available • 401k options WHY WORK WITH WALKER? • Access to our top ranked team of recruiting and placement specialists • Continuous, one-on-one support from a dedicated engagement manager • Professional resume development and interview preparation Contact our Recruiting Team today to experience the Walker Healthforce difference!
