Manager, Quality System Compliance Auditor (Remote)

Employer Industry: Aerospace and Defense Why consider this job opportunity: - Salary up to $204,500 - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans - Opportunity for career development and recognition programs - Flexible work schedules to promote work/life balance - Significant travel opportunities, both domestically and internationally - Supportive and collaborative work environment within a leading organization What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Plan, lead, and conduct second party QMS audits for compliance with relevant standards and policies across RTX sites - Complete and issue detailed audit reports, including findings and corrective action approvals - Collaborate with regional leads and business leaders to support the audit schedule and ensure compliance - Analyze audit performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Support special audits and assessments as required by RTX business units What is Required (Qualifications): - Typically requires a University Degree in business administration, Operations Management, or Quality Management, or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience - Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 5 years in QMS auditing within the aerospace, space, and defense industries - Familiarity with 91XX series and ISO9001 standards - Existing AATT Certification required - Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Current authenticated Lead Audit certification - Certification as an Aerospace Auditor (AA) or Aerospace Experienced Auditor (AEA) - Experience planning and coordinating multiple audits simultaneously - Proficiency in presenting audit results to key stakeholders and executive management - ASQ Certification (CQA, CQE, CMQ/OE) #Aerospace #Defense #QualityManagement #CareerOpportunity #TravelOpportunities "We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
