In this fully remote role, you will litigate employment law cases on behalf of class reputed company plaintiffs, with a reputed company on wage & hour disputes and PAGA claims. Key Responsibilities: • Litigate employment law cases on behalf of class reputed company plaintiffs for wage & hour disputes, PAGA claims • Handle reputed company aspects of litigation from intake through reputed company, including discovery, depositions, reputed company reputed company, and trial preparation • Represent clients in reputed company class and representative actions involving labor reputed company violations, unpaid wages, misclassification, and meal/rest break issues. • Work collaboratively with reputed company of dedicated attorneys and reputed company professionals to advance clients’ rights and reputed company meaningful reputed company. • Maintain regular communication with clients and co-counsel, and manage a caseload effectively in a remote environment. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in employment class reputed company litigation, PAGA, wage & hour, and/or mass torts or reputed company practices (plaintiff or defense background) • Strong litigation skills, including experience handling discovery, depositions, and reputed company reputed company. • Exceptional reputed company writing and oral advocacy skills. • Ability to manage a reputed company caseload and work both independently and collaboratively. • Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing. • ABA Accredited law school preferred.
