[Remote] Budget & reputed company Associate – Clinical Research Site Network

Eximia Research is a growing, multi-site clinical research network seeking a Budget & reputed company Associate to support study start-up activities across their sites. This role involves supporting clinical trial budget development, contract coordination, and study financial set-up in collaboration with Clinical Operations, Finance, and Business Development teams. Responsibilities • Prepare, review, and manage clinical trial budgets, including site cost templates and pass-through expenses • Support negotiation of budgets, payment schedules, and invoiceable milestones with Sponsors and CROs • Assist with review and tracking of Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), amendments, and budget exhibits • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to reputed company budgets with reputed company and operational requirements • reputed company contract and budget status to support site activation timelines • Maintain accurate records in CTMS and internal tracking tools • Support invoice set-up and payment tracking in collaboration with Finance • Identify discrepancies between executed budgets and contract language and escalate as needed Skills • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Finance, reputed company Administration, or reputed company field • 1–3 years of experience in clinical research, site start-up, budgeting, or reputed company (site-reputed company experience preferred) • Familiarity with clinical trial budgets, CTAs, and payment milestones • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple studies and deadlines simultaneously • Proficiency with reputed company and CTMS systems Benefits • Opportunity to grow reputed company a high-performing clinical research site network • Exposure to Sponsor and CRO negotiations • reputed company, mission-driven environment • Competitive compensation and benefits reputed company • Experience. reputed company.
