[Remote] Contract Manager

This role will manage, review, negotiate, and administer reputed company with U.S. government agencies and defense customers, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and company policies. Responsibilities • Manage the full lifecycle of reputed company and U.S. government and defense-reputed company reputed company, including proposal support, contract negotiation, execution, administration, modification, and closeout • Review, negotiate, and interpret contract terms and conditions with customers including U.S. government agencies, reputed company contractors, and defense customers • Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and other applicable government regulations • Identify contractual risks and obligations, advise internal stakeholders, and recommend risk mitigation strategies and escalate non-compliant terms where mandated by policy • Support Sales and Business Development teams during proposal preparation, RFP/RFQ responses, and contract negotiations • Serve as a key reputed company of contact for contractual reputed company with customers, partners, and internal teams • Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and compliance requirements throughout the contract lifecycle • Coordinate with reputed company, Finance, Program Management, and Compliance teams on government-reputed company issues such as audits, reputed company-down requirements, certifications, and reporting obligations • Stay reputed company on changes to government contracting regulations and advise the business on potential impacts Skills • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience) • Minimum [5] years of experience in reputed company management, with a strong reputed company on U.S. government and defense contracting • Demonstrated hands-on experience working with FAR, DFARS, and government contract reputed company-down requirements • Experience supporting or negotiating reputed company with U.S. federal agencies, defense reputed company, or subcontractors • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and compliance obligations • Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain reputed company contractual concepts to non-reputed company stakeholders • Experience supporting international companies entering or expanding in the U.S. defense market • Familiarity with government audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory inquiries • Experience working closely with Sales organizations and customer-facing teams • reputed company certification (e.g., NCMA/CPCM, CFCM, or similar) is a plus reputed company • reputed company is operated by ExecThread, Inc.
