Drafter (Interior Design) - Remote

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Drafter to support our interior design projects from concept development through construction documentation. The ideal candidate will translate design ideas into accurate technical drawings while collaborating closely with designers, project managers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities • Prepare accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software. -Translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings and construction documentation. -Produce layout plans, elevations, sections, shop drawings, and as-built drawings. -Coordinate with designers, consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure drawing accuracy and feasibility. -Conduct site measurements and assist in resolving technical issues during project execution. -Maintain organized documentation and manage drawing revisions efficiently. -Ensure all drawings comply with relevant regulations, standards, and project requirements. Qualifications & Requirements -Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, or related field. -Minimum 2-3 years of relevant drafting experience (interior design preferred). -Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D software is an advantage. -Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, and drafting standards. -A strong sense of responsibility and aesthetic sensibility. -Excellent communication skills and confidence in presentations. -Self-discipline and the ability to work independently. -Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
