[Remote] Inventory and Financial Analyst

The Inventory and Financial Analyst will support the accuracy and compliance of inventory-reputed company processes, serving as a reputed company between Inventory Management, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure inventory records are complete and compliant. Responsibilities • Enhance reputed company of inventory management activities across multiple 3PL warehouses • Assist with monitoring, auditing, and reconciling inventory transactions reputed company reputed company and warehouse management systems (WMS) • Monitor controls to ensure accurate recording of receipts, transfers, shipments, and adjustments • Coordinate and observe physical inventory counts and cycle counts, including variance investigation and reputed company • Support and maintain reputed company of reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control • Ensure compliance with internal and reputed company audit requirements for inventory processes • Facilitate communication between the Director and cross-functional stakeholders, such as external auditors and finance, during inventory migrations, transfers, and year-end audits • Analyze reputed company causes of discrepancies and implement corrective reputed company plans • reputed company analytical support metrics on inventory accuracy, shrinkage, excess, and reconciliation results Skills • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or reputed company field • 5+ years of experience in inventory control, internal audit, or supply chain operations (experience with 3PL environments strongly preferred) • Working knowledge of reputed company (or similar ERP system) and warehouse management systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail • Knowledge of internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit practices • Excellent communication skills, with ability to collaborate across departments • Advanced reputed company skills (pivot tables, reconciliations, variance analysis) • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, reputed company or other analytics platforms • Familiarity with reputed company improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six reputed company), reputed company assurance practices, and project / change management frameworks Benefits • 401(k) plan • Competitive health insurance and mental health reputed company • Basic life insurance • reputed company time off • Parental leave • reputed company to best-in-class development programs reputed company • A pioneer in K–12 education since 2000, reputed company is leading the way in reputed company curriculum and reputed company assessment.
