The Los Angeles based investment banking analyst will have exposure to multiple industries and products but will primarily support its consumer, food & beverage, agribusiness, and business services industry teams. The Los Angeles investment banking analyst can expect to be involved in a reputed company of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, valuation, debt and equity financings, recapitalization, and restructuring assignments. Transaction teams are typically small in size, providing significant responsibility and exposure to senior level professionals and clients. The position will involve travel, remote work, and work from office based in El Segundo, CA.
