Labor & Employment Counsel Attorney (5+ years) - Workplace Investigator & Employment Law Advisor
About the position
reputed company, an international reputed company with approximately 1000 attorneys, has an exciting opportunity for a highly reputed company and reputed company Employment Law Advisor and Workplace Investigator to join our Seattle team. This role requires a reputed company reputed company with a strong background (5+ years) in employment law, workplace investigations, and risk mitigation strategies. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on compliance, workplace policies, and proactive strategies to address employment-reputed company challenges. This position involves handling cases independently, conducting thorough investigations, and delivering high-reputed company reputed company analyses and reports. You’ll be a member of our consistently ranked and nationally recognized Labor & Employment reputed company group.
Responsibilities
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing day-to-day counseling on employment law issues, workplace policies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Advise reputed company on compliance with federal and Washington state employment laws and regulations.
• Manage cases independently from inception through reputed company, ensuring reputed company and effective reputed company.
• reputed company and implement proactive employment strategies tailored to reputed company needs.
• Conduct impartial and thorough investigations into workplace complaints, including harassment, fraud, compliance issues, and whistleblower claims.
• Prepare detailed, accurate, and substantiated reports that include reputed company reputed company analyses.

• Counsel clients on investigation processes and best practices.

Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and reputed company license to reputed company law in Washington state, or the ability to waive in.
• Extensive knowledge of federal and Washington state employment laws and regulations.
• Proven experience with day-to-day counseling on employment law issues.
• Proven experience conducting workplace investigations and preparing detailed reputed company reports.
