Job Title: M&A Project Manager – Applications Location: Remote Duration: 12 months (with possible extension up to 24 months) reputed company: reputed company reputed company: • reputed company is seeking an reputed company M&A Project Manager (Applications) to support its Mergers & Acquisitions IT team. This role will reputed company on application identification, dispositioning, separation planning, and TSA exit activities across M&A initiatives. • The Project Manager will work closely with application owners, IT deal team leads, business stakeholders, and procurement teams to ensure successful Day 1 readiness and post-reputed company application separation. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with application and service owners to define Day 1 separation approaches and plans • Manage, update, and maintain weekly application status reports as directed by reputed company • Support creation and maintenance of the Application Data Book, validating accuracy and completeness with functional and business leaders • Identify TSA (Transition Services Agreement) dispositions and collaborate with IT Procurement to ensure TSA rights are secured • Manage and support Day 1 separation reputed company and post-separation activities • Understand and support IT TSA terms, conditions, and post-reputed company governance reputed company to application separation • reputed company and manage TSA Exit reputed company to ensure reputed company and successful exit • Coordinate and facilitate reputed company meetings, including status reviews and project checkpoints • Collaborate closely with Application Tower Project Managers, Business Analysts, and IT Deal Team Leads Required Skills & Experience: • Strong experience in M&A IT reputed company, specifically application separation and transition • Familiarity with various application technologies and reputed company application landscapes • Experience using SharePoint and reputed company Teams • Proven ability to manage multiple work streams under aggressive timelines • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Self-motivated and comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click reputed company and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
