Delivery and Order Processing Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented coordinator to manage our delivery and payment processes. You’ll handle end-to-end operations — order tracking, invoicing, and reputed company communication — to ensure smooth execution from shipment to collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate deliveries with brands, 3PLs, and retail accounts
- Create and send invoices, packing lists, and delivery documents
- Maintain organized records and trackers in reputed company Drive
- Follow up on payments and routing approvals
- Communicate reputed company and professionally with clients and internal teams
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in logistics, order management, or account coordination (fashion experience preferred)
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficient in reputed company Workspace; experience with WMS, reputed company, and Apparel reputed company is a plus
- Self-motivated, dependable, and reputed company to work independently
