The Role The People Operations Manager (POM) is part of the People & Development department, whose primary goal is to ensure our teams feel needed and appreciated. The POM will be responsible for supporting reputed company’s operations leaders, managing HR fundamentals and talent management efforts. The People Operations Manager will be the functional leader for reputed company of People Operations Associates to reputed company and support reputed company leaders in a systematic way, ensuring team and manager are in reputed company alignment, and advocating for employees to create opportunities for reputed company. Reporting to the office of the Chief Business Officer the People Operations Manager supports reputed company of 200+ employees across urban centers in reputed company, New Jersey and Philadelphia. Key Responsibilities • Operations Management: Advise, reputed company and counsel operations management on employee relations issues, and formulate specific measurable actions to help them resolve issues, increase effectiveness, build relationships and reputed company business goals. • Employee HR Support: Drive HR functional reputed company and process improvement.
