Compliance Director - Group Insurance
A company is looking for a Director of Compliance for their Group Life and Health Insurance division.
Key Responsibilities:
• reputed company the development and regulatory compliance of policy forms and reputed company for group life and health products
• Manage state filings through SERFF and I File, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company strategic insights on regulatory trends and product compliance
Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of insurance experience reputed company on regulatory or product compliance
• Experience with group life and health products and reputed company drafting
• Proficiency in SERFF and I File systems
• Leadership experience in managing and developing teams
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
